The AquaTwin is made of soft foam and has a foot sole with a Velcro bandage. The Velcro bandage is adjustable so that you can put on the AquaTwin properly and it fits comfortably on your feet. The AquaTwin offers a high buoyancy so that you can move freely in the water. Due to this high buoyancy, you do not need additional buoyancy aids such as a wet belt. 

With the AquaTwin under your feet, you can effectively train the muscles of the lower body. By making stair-climbing movements in the water, you use the buoyancy and resistance of the product in the water. You can give this training in deep and shallow water. If you want to make the training extra heavy, then definitely start in deep water! The AquaTwin then ensures that the leg, buttock and abdominal muscles are trained. In deep water, these exercises are even more difficult and heavier because you also have to stay balanced. In doing so, you unconsciously tense even more muscles.
